WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF
DIANA PHILLIPS ARTISAN CHOCOLATE
I work in a chocolate studio. "Studio" may sound odd, but in my mind it's where creativity comes to fruition. Where ideas meld into reality. My studio is a kitchen, of course. But it's also a chamber of alchemy and scientific exploration, a garden of aromas, tastes and textures, and above all, a playground to practice the artisanship of chocolate.
